Stocked Items
Products marked as “Stocked Item” are part of our regular range and are typically kept on hand or frequently restocked. Please note that “Stocked Item” does not always mean the product is physically in stock at the time of purchase. It simply indicates that it’s likely to be available or on its way to us soon.
If you need to confirm availability or ensure we have enough stock to fill your order, we encourage you to contact our friendly team via:

Order In Items
Products marked as “Order In Item” are not usually held in our warehouse and may need to be ordered in specifically for you. These items are less likely to be immediately available. However, many Order In Items can be drop-shipped directly from our supplier, meaning they may not always have a longer lead time.
If you are a regular customer any Order In Items will either be
- shipped if the total value of your back order is over $50
- we'll call you letting you know it's in stock and if you'd like to add something to bring the value over $50, or
- shipped with your next order
If speed is important, please reach out via chat, email, or phone and we can provide an estimated timeline based on the specific item and supplier availability.

We’ve implemented this stock status system to guide you during the purchasing process by giving more transparency around product availability. Our goal is to help you make confident purchasing decisions, while ensuring we can fulfil your order in the quickest possible timeframe.

Please note that Order In Items, especially those ordered in specifically for your request, may have limited return options, particularly if they involve:
- Large quantities
- Rarely stocked items
- Special orders from suppliers
