Due to ongoing fuel shortages and increased charges from our shipping providers, a temporary 5% fuel surcharge will apply to all delivered orders. This surcharge does not cover the full cost of freight—it is only a contribution towards the additional temporary charges we are currently incurring. We will continue to offer Free Freight on all eligible orders, with the exception of this temporary fuel surcharge. You can avoid this charge by choosing to collect your order. The surcharge will be removed when prices normalise.

If a redelivery is required due to access issues, incorrect address details, or an unattended site, any redelivery fees charged by the carrier will be on-charged to the customer.
