At Suppleyes, we aim to make shipping as straightforward and affordable as possible for our customers. Below is an overview of how our shipping works, including eligibility for free delivery, freight quotes for bulky or heavy items, and national delivery coverage.
Free Shipping Areas
We offer free shipping on eligible orders that meet our minimum order value thresholds to selected city and metro areas, including:
- Brisbane
- Gold Coast
- Sunshine Coast
- Far Northern NSW
- Sydney
- Melbourne
- Adelaide
- Hobart
To qualify, orders must:
- Meet the minimum spend requirement
- Be delivered to an eligible metro or city postcode, (not a PO Box)
- Not include bulky, oversized, or heavy items
Free shipping does not apply to:
- Oversized, bulky, or unusually heavy items,
- Items requiring pallet delivery, tailgate service, or special handling
- All postcodes
If your order includes such items, you're welcome to place the order online, and we will contact you with a freight quote before dispatch. Alternatively, contact our friendly customer service team before ordering, and we can provide a shipping estimate based on your location and order contents.
Nationwide Shipping
We ship Australia-wide, but please note: Our website may not recognise or display shipping rates for some regional or remote postcodes.
If you experience issues at checkout, or your postcode is not recognised, please get in touch with us directly—we’re happy to help organise delivery manually.
Estimated Dispatch Times
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation and tracking information once your order has been shipped. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the selected shipping service.
