Free delivery for Non Standard Size orders or multiple Items over $150.00
- Total delivery exceeds a standard parcel size but does not include bulky or heavy items such as furniture, large appliances etc. You will be contacted if your order attracts a freight charge.
Orders less than $50.00 attract a small order fee of $9.00
Brisbane, Toowoomba & Sunshine Coast

Please Note: While we partner with reputable courier partners, they are at the mercy of mother nature, traffic incidents, driver availability etc. We highly recommend that your maintain stock levels to allow for 1-2 day shipping delays.
Delivery Exclusions
- We do not supply to overseas locations
- We may supply to PO Boxes however additional fees may be incurred as this is not our normal method of delivery.
- Assembly costs do not form part on any prices offered. Ready to assemble items will require self assembly. The cost for assembling these items are borne by the purchaser.
- Unless otherwise agreed, disposal of packaging is your responsibility.
Claims
Delivery Errors
It is important that you check your delivery is in full in line with the delivery note form the courier, meaning that if we ship 3 cartons you are receiving 3 cartons. Please note any discrepancies with the carrier at the time of receipt.
Damages
On delivery, inspect your goods carefully. Any damage detected should be immediately reported to the carrier and noted on the delivery copy. Once you have inspected your goods and have signed their acceptance on the delivery copy noting any damage, you agree that the delivery copy is then evidence of the condition of the goods as at the time of delivery.
Back orders
All in stock items will be picked on the day the order is received. For items not in stock, our staff may automatically provide a suitable substitute or call you to discuss alternative substitutes. If you do not wish to accept an substitute, please note that on your order. If a suitable substitute is not available, the item will go on back order and will be shipped to you when the item arrives in stock. If the backordered item is below $20 you can
- Instruct us to send with your next order
- Add additional items to bring it up to $20
- Pay a nominal $6 fee to have it sent.
- Cancel the item
