SHIPPING

Suppleyes uses a combination of carriers. This is because each specialise in different types of cargo and destinations.  Overall we use

  • Toll

  • Australia Post

A summary of shipping costs and time frames are below.   Orders placed before 12:00 am will be a guaranteed next day dispatch for all in-stock items.  Order placed after this time will be a guaranteed following day dispatch (but at our discretion may be dispatched earlier).

All bulk items are sent at cost price (we do not make any money on freight). If your cart contains a bulk item, the freight cost won’t show.  Place your order online and we will email you a quote.  Your order will not activate until we have your approval. You may also use our live chat feature to get a shipping quote.

Should you require specific freight arrangements please mention them in the notes section of your order. Suppleyes by default uses Authority to Leave, if you specifically require authority, please mention in the notes.

         

Any items that are temporarily out of stock will automatically be placed on backorder, unless otherwise directed. These items will be noted on your packing list or invoice and will be despatched to you as soon as they become available.

PAYMENTS

Suppleyes attempts to make payment as convenient as possible. We do this by offering an array of payment methods to suit your purchasing requirements with us.
Credit Card

We accept Visa or MasterCard Payments. Submit your order online and we will issue you an invoice with a link for credit card payments. Your order will be dispatched once payment is received.

Paypal

We accept PayPal payment via our website only.  Chose this option in the cart to make payment.

Bank Transfer

We accept Bank Transfer. Our bank account details will be provided on our invoice or once your order has been submitted.  Goods will be dispatched upon funds clearing into our account.

7 Day Trading Terms

If you make semi regular purchases with us you may apply for a 7 Day Trading Account. Please email and request a 7 Day Trading Account application form our request it from our Online Chat. Once approved you can order online, via email or phone and we will add the purchase to your account.

30 Day Trading Terms

If you make regular purchases with us you may apply for a 30 Day Trading Account. Please email and request a 30 Day Trading Account application form our request it from our Online Chat. Once approved you can order online, via email or phone and we will add the purchase to your account.

ORDER

To order online you will need an account which collects the basic information we require to send you your goods. Simply click on the Registrations icon above and fill out the details. This will allow you order with us this time and for any future purchases.
